I was so taken with my first experience of shiatsu that I enrolled in the course and started studying it myself. Whilst studying I discovered meditation, Buddhism and a new – far healthier – way of being.”
Leela’s treatments often combine bodywork with acupuncture, and ancillary techniques such as moxibustion, cupping, gua sha (scraping), as well as diet & lifestyle suggestions. She has a particular love and passion for Chinese herbal medicine.
